What we collect
When you shop with us, we collect the basics needed to get your dress to your door:
- Order info — your name, email, shipping address, and phone number
- Payment — processed securely by Shopify, Afterpay, Zip, or PayPal (we never see your full card number)
- Browsing — cookies help us remember your cart and show you relevant styles
- Reviews & photos — only if you choose to submit them
What we do with it
- Fulfil your order — process, pack, ship, and send tracking updates
- Talk to you — respond to questions, send order confirmations
- Send you good stuff — newsletters, TVSN alerts, and promotions (only if you've opted in — and you can opt out anytime)
- Make our site better — understand how people browse so we can improve
Who we share it with
We never sell your data.We share only what's needed with: Shopify (our platform), Australia Post (delivery), payment providers (Afterpay, Zip, PayPal), and Meta/Google (anonymised ad data, subject to your cookie consent).
Your rights
