You need to be at least 18 to purchase from us. When you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation email — but your order is officially accepted when we dispatch it. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will always contact you first if we spot one.

All prices on femiqn.com are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip. Buy-now-pay-later services are subject to their own terms.

We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but every screen displays colour differently. Minor variations in fabric texture, shade, and sizing are inherent to garment manufacturing — that's part of what makes each piece individual, not factory-identical.

This is the important bit.Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
